OUR HISTORY
We recovered this old 16th-century farmhouse after two years of intensive restoration, known for having always been a place of hospitality and refreshment, to give it new life as a Restaurant & Bistro because we believe in the need to get back in touch with nature and the origins of farming with a modern twist.
Our dream is to become a safe place, a gathering place for city lovers who want to spend a moment outside the urban center, for families and residents of the surrounding areas, to be a bridge, a gravitational center whose goal is "being well."
We try to have a sustainable attitude by involving local businesses so as to develop a Km 0 connection wherever possible, revisiting traditional Italian dishes and including fine cuts of international meats in the selection of raw materials.
Davide Sannia is our Chef, he espouses with dedication and love of doing every day this philosophy together with his brigade.
We love ancestral cooking, such as smoking, the predominant technique in our preparations.
All our pastries and leavened goods are made strictly by us, every day, with care and dedication, as are our desserts.
The Wine selection bears the signature of Sommelier Lorenza Melis, a young up-and-comer in the wine world, she will enchant and follow you with her tales.
Our cocktails are designed following seasonality as well, using herbs and essences from our garden.
We thank you for giving us the opportunity to develop our ideas over time, we are constantly transforming and improving, we hope to give you an experience of higher and higher quality that will leave a mark, so much so that you will come back again and give us the appellation of "like home".
